Squished them with our shoes, but it made us very unhappy. Score 5 out of 5 Great value for the price Anonymous, Philadelphia, PA Was conveniently located (short walk away from the convention center) and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again. And, the price was perfect. Its after the mrs. and I check in and tired from the road so we decided to take a hot showers... in the middle of the time that we were taking the shower and getting ready to get dress....the maintenance guys knock on the door and just open the door without waiting for us to have a chance to get dress.....very disturbing....so we just didn't feel comfortable staying there....we check out of the hotel exactly one hours later from checking in....besides that there's not much to say about this establishment..... Room was narrow and crampt, TV's were small with mostly local channels, The doors to both the second room and bathroom were pocket doors that did not close completely. Most all the tile grout was chipped out and missing or scattered on the bathroom floor. A used showercap was hanging on a hook in the bathroom, and the tub was very dirty. The complimentry breakfast consisted of toast and cold cereal, old fruit, and the coffee maker was not working. There was a high for Wi-fi and no alternative forinternet acsess in the lobby. The location was to far to walk to disneyland but for 3.00 per day per person the shuttle did pick us up right in front of the hotel. Linden, 2006-11-02 About 3 blocks from Disneyland, too far to walk. Very near to different resturants, it's cheaper to eat there then at the theme parks. Also there is a Target about 2 blocks away for necessities.We enjoyed how the hotel was conveniently near resturants, Disneyland and the highway. The only thing that was a little unprofessional was when we first checked in to the room there was a empty coke can in the room near the phone and things were a little messy. Other than that the stay was comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was small but good enough to take on the road. Score 4 out of 5 Would Think Twice Linda, Pittsburgh, PA, 2006-07-11 We did enjoy driving to Laguna Beach.The Staff got us in our rooms very fast. We were very upset with the pool! It was so very tiny and smelled like bleach. Only six lounge chairs to sit in and the pool wasn't even in the sun. The hotel was within walking distance of the convention center. Also, I had to go to the front desk about our microwave didn't work. The same day, the hotel staff promply replaced it with one that worked. The pull out sofa was broke and one the girls had to sleep on it. When a problem with the air conditioning arose there was prompt attention and the situation was quickly taken care of.
