Kenneth Credit Card Information was stolen!!!!! during my whole trip i only used my credit card once at this hotel to get access to the computer in their lobby. When i got home my bank showed up with 2 gas charges six days after i got back from California. Sop someone had stolen my information from that computer in the lobby. Thanks alot for stealing the $125 worth of gas. Plus the rooms had bugs everywhere i looked. Score 2 out of 5 Lumpy Bed Anonymous It was a short distance to the Burbank Airport.Other than the bed being of poor quality everything else was fine. Score 2 out of 5 Not a Comfy night for me Anonymous, 2006-10-25 This hotel was not a very comfortable stay for us. Although it appears some attempts to improve the hotel, ie: small refrigerators were being delivered for the suites, which we did not stay in; we had to change our room because there were ants in the first; the rooms had old falling apart cabinets, draperies, carpets, and stained furniture (both rooms). The hotel needs to HURRY and remodel, invest some money in your customers comfort. You charge enough. The bed was aweful, lumpy, lopsided, and plain hard to sleep in. Sorry NOT a good stay. We will NOT be returning. Staff were very nice, though. Score 5 out of 5 helpful staff william, Phoenix, AZ, 2006-10-22 Try the che cheese burgers are great !staff was very heipful and friendly, the room was very comfortable Score 1 out of 5 REALLY, REALLY BAD Anonymous, 2006-10-01 The toilet was backed up in the first room they gave us. There was one person working in the restaurant, so we had to find the menus, seat ourselves, find our own silverware. Most of the tables were covered with dirty dishes. During our dinner, waitress cleaned off a nearby table and spilled water on the table - she never returned to clean it up. Also in the middle of our dinner, she came over to our table and asked us if we would rather pay immediately or wait for her to return from delivering a meal to one of the rooms. When we were ready to check out of the hotel, we called down to the front desk and asked if someone could help us with our bags and they told us to come down and get a cart. At the price we were paying per night, one would expect more courteous service. Score 3 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2006-09-30 No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 Convenient Location Anonymous, 2006-09-10 Burbank airport, variety of restaurants and whatever you want, theres plenty of places in Burbank/Los Angeles that you can find whatever you need pretty close byThis hotel is conveniently located about 4-5 minutes from Burbank Airport. Check in was easy, had a pretty good sized room with bathroom etc....I was satisfied with most of the services...a few things were broken like most of the ice machines didn't work. There is no mini fridge or microwave which I didn't expect anyways. The main problem was the little hotel restaurant that you were suppose to get room service from, tried to order 4 nights in a row and finally got it after a long attempt my last morning. In general the staff was alright and the room was nice. Score 2 out of 5 My review of Ramada Burbank Airport James, 2006-09-06 The room was dirty and bug infested. The Ramada name was not well reflected here. Score 2 out of 5 Not very eye appealing Jennifer, Detroit, MI, 2006-09-04 After our long flight from Detroit to LAX, we wanted to relax in a clean & comfortable setting. We were not very satisfied to find that our door looked like it had been broken into previously, that the tile & grout in the bathroom was moldy, ants around the sink, light burned out outside of door, etc. We spent nine nights in great discomfert. Score 4 out of 5 Airport and Shopping Convenience Michael, 2006-07-11 Because of the nearness of the freeway and rapid transit, a good map and directions are a must in order to make correct connections and locate street crossings. The Burbank Ramada was a pleasant surprise. It was easily accessable from the Freeway and close to the Burbank Airport and Shopping Mall. The staff was friendly and efficient. Even though the hotel is undergoing renovation, the intrusion upon the guests was negligible. The hotel looks nice and is clean and probably will be even better when the upgrade is completed. The room size was ample and comfortable. The parking situation was adequate and security monitored; but was very cogested and difficult to maneuver with a full size vehicle. The swimming pool and gardens were well maitained. The pool, however, was not heated. Perhaps because the renobation is not complete. Natural heating is adequate for this time of year. |
