Great getaway Hotel

Just a minute or two in the car will take you to the downtown Long Beach area, where there is just about any type of food you choose, from fast food to fine dining. There are several trendy night clubs in this area, all just a few blocks from eachother.

The Long Beach Coast Hotel was a great getaway for myself and my husband. It is close enough to Long Beach to be convenient, and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful! I liked the refrigerator placed in the armoire to class up the room, and still be very functional for longer stays. The seperate desk with chair, AND a table with chairs allows plenty of space for dining and personal business. Having a small seperate balcony is a real bonus!!! The rooms facing the bay have an excellent view of the city scape of the downtown Long Beach area, the small sailing craft in the dock areas and some have a great view of the Queen Mary.

The Coast Long Beach provided everything I needed for my short stay in the area. The room was large and comfortable, the staff knowledgable about directions to the locations I needed to go, and -- although it was only a few minutes from downtown Long Beach, it was far enough removed so that the night was quiet. We arrived at night and in the morning I was surprised to find that the site was walking distance from the Queen Mary and that their exercise room had the same piece of equipment I would have used in my own club had I been home.

The Queen Mary is just a short walk down the harbor.

The Long Beach Costal Hotel was very comfortable, clean and friendly. The view from the room towards the Harbor was magnificient! The restaurant in the hotel was very very nice! The location was the best part! We could walk to the Queen Mary, and just hop in the car over the bridge to all the shopping and eating you could ever want to do!

This hotel was close to everything you and your family wish to do in Long Beach. It has a beautiful view. The rooms are very confortable. It is quiet and peaceful. It has a water taxi service to take you to and from several locations around the bay. I also has a free city bus that takes you to several points of intrest around the city. The only it needed was a microwave in the room. Loved it!
