The hotel itself was clean and the staff was helpful. I didn't get to use any of the amenities. The room was quiet, although at times I could hear noise from people passing in the hall. There was a full complimentary breakfast, which I thought was very reasonable for the rate we paid. We were moved to another room after we brought the bags down to the lobby again. Only one elevator in the hotel worked. And when I checked out they could not charge my room service meals to my card, they told me it did not work (I charged $508.00 to the card a half hour later). They was enough lighting/lamps. I really felt and home-there was enough drawer and clothes rack space for my clothes. There provided real breakfast every morning, which was very good. They were also housing a youth group/conference. I believe everything has handled very professional. This hotel is located near the airport. McDonalds is across the street and IHOP is just a block down the street. If you don't have transportation, the SAMTRAN/busline runs frequently. Score 2 out of 5 Room 929 very noisy Mardi, Burbank, CA, 2006-08-06 The airport and the 101Fwy ae very close.To whom it may concern: Room 929 is very noisy all the time. There is a really loud air-conditioning kind of roar all the time. Thank goodness I brought my ear plugs. I realized my room #929 was so noisy. This really bothers me and I feel the staff should not have given me that room- I feel like they stuck me there without telling me about the noise. This is not good. |
