Anonymous There are plenty of places to eat and shop near this Motel, and it is central to everything in Yuma.Americas Best Value, was a good deal if you just need a place to sleep. The room was rather small with little walking space, and the beds could have been replaced years ago. The carpet was old, and the bathroom was in need of some attention. We just needed a place to stay and didn't want to spend much money. It is not a place to relax, or spend much time. The receptionist was short and did not seem to care if we were happy or not. For the price I didn't expect her to. Score 3 out of 5 Older hotel Betty, Seattle, WA, 2007-03-08 No sit down restaurant close, but McDonalds is within walking distance.The room was just a little okay, but it is old and the fixtures, beds, etc. all reflect the age. The beds were placed too close to the walls, the front one being so close to the window that you had to sit on the bed to adjust the blinds. There was only one bath towel per person (2 in all) so had to reuse the same one in the evening and morning. Found old paper on the floor so cleaning was not very thorough. No restaurant onsite. The carpet was disgusting old and very dirty. The dirt came out of the carpet and tracked black on the tile floor in the bathroom. It felt sticky and damp. The water was shut off for several hours on Wed and we were not notified. My husband and I will never stay there again. Score 4 out of 5 average hotel room Anonymous, Columbus, OH, 2006-09-15 shopping mall just down the street and many resturants close by.was just your average hotel room with some pros and cons. not sure if would stay again because carpet was dirty,wet, bare feet on it very nasty feeling and black/dirty. hotel staff friendly and helpfull and rates were decent enough. room had fridge in it so that was a plus. close to Algodones, why i was there. |
