Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 My review of Millennium Resort Scottsdale McCormick Ranch william, Denver, CO All kinds of restaurants within a mile of the Villas plus dining on premises as well as room service. The location and size of the villa was perfect for our needs. The unit was clean, comfortable and showed evidence of being well cared for. We would definitely consider returning with a bigger golf group and book two or more villas simultaneously depending on the size of the group. Plenty of restaurants and the golf was all within a 35 minute drive. I don't think we could have dome better considering the price and location Score 5 out of 5 Great for Golfers Mark, New York, NY, 2007-02-18 Talking Stick golf course is a short drive away - two great courses and excellent golf instruction.A well priced, centrally located hotel - perfect for golfers looking for a base before heading out to the many courses near by. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading out to Scottsdale Score 5 out of 5 Overlooking the lake and catching the early and late sun setting was awesome. dinesh, 2007-02-17 This is a very easy city to get around in with a vehicle. Don't be affraid to drive. It is one of the most well signed areas I have ever been to.The Millennium Resort Scottsdale McCormick Ranch from the moment we arrived to our check out time was fantastic. The staff was helpfull and friendly and the room were very comfortable. Having a room that overlooked the lake was well worth the money. Great job. Keep it up. Score 5 out of 5 Great getaway for less Maureen, Columbus, OH, 2006-04-24 There was everything we wanted and more just down the street in either direction. Shopping centers, grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, plenty of things to do, scenic drives, you name it.Hotel was more than adequate. We had a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa - 2 story - about 2200 square feet. All hotel amenities (heated Pool, room service, etc.) with a full size kitchen, living room, dining room, and even a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, with an extra family room. It was on a lake/golf course and faced the east. We awoke to a breathtaking view and would always recommend the Milennium Scottsdale. The location was EXCELLENT. Score 5 out of 5 Great Value for the Money Nicole, Sacramento, CA, 2006-04-09 Lots of shopping. I forgot the name of the mall but I understand that it is a well know mall in that area. It had every store imaginable and then some. Also the hotel was close to the nightlife and restaurants. A very easy drive. Everything is on the same road of the hotel. The Millenium was a great hotel with a great price. The room was a good size, clean and had a nice color sceme. I even had a bit of a view of the lake and golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay there again in the near future. Score 4 out of 5 good location, nice setting Clarke, 2006-03-22 The Millenniem Resort is in a good location and the setting including the lake & golf course was pleasing. The rates are reasonable for the quality of the facility and for the most part the staff was very accomodating and friendly. The location of our room was poor as we were at the extreme end of the 2nd level, but the layout and comfort of the room was most acceptable. The only negative was the very slow and and unresponsive action of the bell man in retrieving our luggage from our room upon check out. Score 3 out of 5 Another pretty hotel in Scotsdale! susan, Chicago, IL, 2006-03-20 Everything was very nice, was there for just a few days and did not use the pool (weather), or any of the other amenities offered - the lobby area was nice but to me the aura about the place was on the cold side. The rooms and hallways seemed hospital like to me, not very cozy. But it was clean and the staff was friendly...had more of a business like atmosphere. Score 4 out of 5 Pretty but over-priced ANGELINA, Wichita, KS, 2006-02-19 Two beautiful golf courses across the lake and a double decker driving range/amusement park a few miles down the road.We had a pleasant stay, however overall the hotel is overpriced. Food and drinks were expensive. The rooms are small and the beds are smaller. Not sure how old the hotel is but twice while trying to dry my hair the breaker blew in the bathroom area. The lighting is also very dim in the bathroom. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, but both are in need of repair and there is no outside bathroom facility. You have to go inside the hotel dripping wet and walk past the fine dining reservation desk to get to the bathroom. The staff was quite nice and the hotel grounds are quite pretty. For the money I expected more - would not stay there again. |
