This fully renovated two-story boutique adobe high style hotel has 100 deluxe guestrooms with one king or two queen beds and 14 one and two bedroom suites. All rooms and suites are appointed with modern art, contemporary furniture, granite floors, countertops & wall treatments, rich espresso wood desk, microwave, refrigerator, 27-in. TV, stereo, DVD player and 2-line wireless phone. Rooms also include a full length mirror, blow dryer, iron & board, alarm clock, in-room safe, robes, cast iron tub and shower and coffee maker. As an added feature, guests enjoy complimentary high speed internet and welcome beverages. All suites feature a separate parlor room with a full kitchen including stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, granite counters, cooking and eating utensils. The sitting area includes a sofa sleeper and lounge chair. Local attractions include Old Town Scottsadale, the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Casinos, the Botanical Gardens and Phoenix Zoo, all within two miles. All rooms are 100% Non Smoking. Freindly, housebroken pets under 30 pounds are welcome for a charge of $20 per pet, per night.

Great pool area and close to everything, including downtown Scottsale. Staff was great and helpful in every aspect. Great deal for the money. It had a jacuzzi in the middle of the room which felt a little funny given the size of the room. Location was alright and there was a park across the street. Overall it was alright but i probably wouldn't stay again seeing as it was alittle too expensive for what it was. However, the toilet ran over on to the floor. I had to call the front desk twice before someone came and mopped up the water with towels, plunged the toilet and left with the towels. They did not offer to scrub the floor, or change our room. I was not impressed with this customer service. It is remodeled in modern style, and the rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The pool and spa are great. My only complaint was that the room was a bit cramped. Hotel runs along one side of the park,Very clean, nicely appointed room that looked out onto a balcony facing the park. Nice pool area. A little small on closet space but otherwise provided nice robes, complimentary beverage and cable services. Friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant being renovated and scheduled to open in June 2007. Good value for the money. I would stay there again. The location of the hotel is not a problem.The property was overpriced and generally had a poor level of service. Cleaning of rooms and public areas was inadequate and inconsistent. There was no elevator to second floor rooms. Internet service was down for several hours. I was not notified of packages or faxes sent to me and, when I asked about the fax at the desk, they said it had been sent to the room. It never showed up. There is a wonderful park with walking paths and a pond right next to the resort.This property was very well maintained and attractive. The location was good. The room had many amenities, but was quite small. The price seemed quite high. It felt like a glorified motel rather than a resort. Staff was not very good with directions so please get a map.The hotel was very clean, modern, and updated but very compact and tight on space. Staff was nice and willing to upgrade to a larger room for an extra $70.00 A night but not an option as I was staying for 6 nights. The hotel was in a good location from all points of interest. Did not use the pool or hot tub. Wish the hotel had more spa treatment because of limited service I went to a day spa in Old Scottsdale. |
