No resturants within walking distance, Short drives to get to resturants

Could use some maintence, the dial for jucuzi was very loose,we were almost afraid to turn it on..We especially enjoyed the HEATED pool..We did have to keep asking for more towels in our room..Four people and only given towels for three...Staff was friendly, helpful..It's an older motel..But nice..Landscaping very nice..

there is a 7 eleven right across the street. convenient for snacks.

the La quinta inn in phoenix had some drunken men staying in the 2 rooms next door to us. One of the men started banging on the door next 2 us and was screaming profanity. we called the manager who sent security. the drunken man then broke the window of the room next door. We called the manager again and told her to call the police or we would. The security guard was engaging the drunken man in conversation and told him the we had complained. the police came and rather than arresting the man told him he had to leave the premises. we were forced to move to another room in the middle of the night because we feared for our safety. I know that the inn has no control over how people act but maybe they should have security make rounds now and then. And when someone complains maybe they shouldn't make them a target by giving out that information.

The Metro Center mall is less than 5 miles from the hotel and there is an amusement park right on the back side of the mall as well as large movie theater too.

The location of this LaQuinta is close to I-17 with easy access from the highway. There is a mall, Metro Center, within 5 miles of the hotel also as well as an amusement park. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom sink and vanity area was large enough for two people to move around in. The pool is lovely and easily accessible. The breakfast served is hearty and well maintained. Pets are welcome as on our first visit we had the dog and cat with us. The people at checkin were very nice and friendly too asking if we needed help with locating restaurants, etc.

Adjacent to I-17 for quick access to the northern half of the city in 15 minutes or less.

Very clean, comfortable new beds and courteous and helpful staff. Handy location, desk and furniture ... tile floors in the bathroom, well stocked closet, with ironing board etc. The beds and pillows, if not new feel like they are and I would stay here again; it is a terrific value.

we were very pleased with the staff, room every thing was great. we didn't take advantage of the breakfast until the last morning that we where there, it was great, we have been to alot of continental beakfasts at hotel but this on really beat the others out. we already have told our family there to refer their in coming guest to reserve a room at your hotel.

I only stayed overnight, but managed to find an enormous mall just the next exit down. The mall is called Metrocenter, so much shopping to do, not enough time. However, there are not many restaraunts in the area. I just wanted a quick bite but there was no place in the area surrounding the motel. I had to drive up to the next exit, and happened upon the mall.

The rooms were very clean and large. I was surprised to see how fancy the room was considering the value and the location. It is in an older neighborhood of Phoenix, but once you're on the grounds, you really can not tell. I enjoyed my stay. The front desk person was slightly less than friendly on the night I checked in, but overall, it was a good experience.
