Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 I'd go back Patrick The restaurant in the facility was good and there is great Mexican food nearby.Check in was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant and desk went out of their way to be helpful. Score 4 out of 5 Review Anonymous, 2007-03-10 No review provided by user Score 4 out of 5 Room for couples Anonymous, Los Angeles, CA, 2006-10-17 This hotel seems to be in the middle of everything, but not particularly close to anything; Scottsdale is to the East, Tempe and Downtown to the South, Cardinal's stadium to the West.My friends and I stayed in this hotel in order to watch an Arizona Cardinals game. The room does not quite accommodate 4 men: the bathroom was small, the decor was somewhat "romantic". Overall though, the room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance to the main downtown street (Central). Score 4 out of 5 Very contempory look Victor, San Diego, CA, 2006-10-07 The hotel look and room where very contempory. The only restruant offered was very contmpory too. The food was great. Rooms were nice looking but AC seem not to work to it's full capacity. The room wa a bit warm. Beds itself was very comfortable. The location was sort of unpleasant but being inside of the hotel made it up. Score 4 out of 5 Awesome Restaurant Peggy, Atlanta, GA, 2006-05-26 The Clarendon in Phoenix has an artist's flair. A staff person told me the renovations there are basically a labor of love. I don't know what the hotel looked like in the past, but I was pleased with it in May 2006. Big room. Comfortable bed. One of the things I liked best was the restaurant - Camus. Wow!! It was beautiful inside with glassware and candles. The Clarendon made a great choice with Camus! On the down-side, the room still needs work - trim work. There were several spots in the room where the trim work was inadequate - the wood didn't meet the walls - you could see holes. Still, though, I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to my friends. I was there for 3 days for business, and it was close to my customer's office. Score 5 out of 5 My review of Clarendon Hotel and Suites - Phoenix Midtown Anonymous, 2006-05-23 Great Bed! Score 5 out of 5 Fun & convenient Janice, 2006-05-21 close to downtown attractions such as ballgames, concerts, museums. The Clarendon Hotel & Suites was a great place to stay. The room was very clean and had all the extras you could want available to you. The bed was so very comfortable that my husband & I went & bought a new one. Our entire experience was great. From check-in to check-out. Great bar & pool areas too. |
