Most recent user reviewsScore 1 out of 5 Bad Experience dianne, Las Vegas, NV The hotel was difficult to find and in a bad neighborhood. The hotel was old and run down. Rust in the bathroom and toilet ran untill we took the cover off and fixed it among the rusty pipes. Score 2 out of 5 Not worth the money Mark, Milwaukee, WI, 2006-03-20 For an inexpensive breakfast, there's a nice Waffle House nearbywe were pretty disappointed with our stay at the Best Western Bell Hotel. While our room was clean, the hotel was pretty run down and needs to be remodeled. No major problems: just old furniture, cramped bathroom, etc. When we took a shower the first morning there, there was absolutely no hot water. The other mornings, the water was lukewarm. It's also located right next to a busy freeway and you hear the noise of cars throughout the night. There are better choices in the Phoenix area. Score 5 out of 5 A Great Value and comfort Kenneth, Seattle, WA, 2005-07-11 The entire place was NON-SMOKING and that was great! The Continental breakfast was wonderful with a large variety encluding fresh fruit. Very quiet. Score 5 out of 5 Good place to stay while on business trips Anonymous, Oakland, CA, 2005-07-11 The Hotel apparently was newly renovated. My room was clean and comfortable. The bedroom walls were clean and newly repainted, the room air conditioning was good and the room very large, had a desk, a table, TV and 2 chairs. The bath and toilet area was rather small and a bit crowded. They served a continental breakfast with very good choices including fruit and parking was ample. Overall a good value for what I paid. The location is very close to the Freeway and restaurants are nearby on Bell. I would certainly stay at this Hotel again. |
