Score 4 out of 5 good place for the money Irma, Burbank, CA, 2007-02-11 If the Lake is your destination, this is the hotel, not to far from it, for the money you can't complain. THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL, AND THE BATHROOM ITS EXTREMELY SMALL, YOU GO IN THERE TO TAKE A BATH AND YOU COME OUT SWEATING WHY EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE A BATH IF AS SOON AS YOU GET OUT OF THE BATHTUB YOU ARE SWEATING. WHAT I DIDN'T SEE WAS THAT THIS IS A MOTEL AND THAT SAYS IT ALL. EVEN THOUGH I GOT TO PAY A REALLY HIGH PRICE FOR THIS CRAPPY MOTEL Score 3 out of 5 Tattered and tired Thomas, Orange County, CA, 2006-05-16 The Windsor Inn is rather tired and located in a rather unremarkable part of Lake Havasu City. The room was clean, but nothing special. Guests have to buy ice with quarters rather than getting it free. In a pinch, this place would be acceptable, but certainly not a first (or second) choice. Score 2 out of 5 Its sleepable Stephanie, Phoenix, AZ, 2005-10-09 Picnic areas on Lake Havasu are walking distance from the MotelThe Windsor Motel was located in walking distance to one area of Lake Havasu. The hotel is very old and the outside of the building is kept up nicely but the rooms need remodeling. Unfortunately I wasnt very happy with my stay due to uncomfortable beds and the pool/spa area outside was located in the parking lot and there were sewer roaches scurring around the spa area. Its understandable roaches do lurk in dark damp areas but if you have guests paying to stay and use the accomidations there should be a bit more pest control. I was also very surprised to have to purchase ice. There were no ammenities in the room but a bed and bathroom. The rooms also had a cheap room fresherner smell that was a bit nausiating. My overall opionion is, if you have no choice its sleepable but I wouldnt prefer it over another motel. The following night we stayed at a nearby motel, for the same price we received ammenities & a lake view. I dont recommend Windsor unless your desparate for a bed to sleep in at a cheap price.
