This location is not user friendly to most. You feel like you are approaching a seedy part of town.

I was disappointed with the entire facility and the staff. I had no towels in my room and called after dinner when I noticed and was already in my pajamas. The clerk told me that I could come to the front office to get my towels. I told him that I was up the hill from the main office and was in my pj's. Tough luck, I had to drive down to the main office to get my towels. The breakfast in the morning was also a disappointment - dried out eggs that made you gag! If you are desparate, then you might want to consider this place.

Local breweries were nearby. Also had dinner at a great Korean restaurant.

Innsuites of Flagstaff was conveniently located near the downtown area and to the main route to the Grand Canyon. The room was nicely appointed except for the vanity area which was covered with coffee maker and microwave oven which didn't leave much room for personal items. The refrigerator did not keep drinks cold. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast of cereal, fruit, homemade waffles, scrambled eggs and toast was adequate.

Collin's Irish Pub on in Old Flagstaff had the best french fries I've ever eaten.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Innsuites Hotel in Flagstaff. The room was very comfortable; in fact, I haven't slept that well in ages. The staff were very cheerful and friendly. The location of the Hotel was ideal for us - close to Old Flagstaff, Lowell Observatory, and many restaurants and coffee shops. The (free) breakfast provided for guests was surprisingly good. Our experience with Innsuites Hotel really helped make our vacation a success.

Grand Canyon, Native Reservations, Museums and Red Hills in Sedona

If you were just passing thru you would not notice the lack of comfort. There was no place to sit other than the beds(only chair in the room was an office chair at the desk).In the bathroom there was no hooks to hang your clothes an no counter space to put out your toilitries for a weeks stay.We had one mug in our room and when we asked for a second were told no because they were a promotion to take home so one of us had to drink out of cardboard.There are many more little things that we are use to in other hotels/motels. The one big thing that we didn't realize until closer to leaving was the carpet was so dirty that are feet and socks were very dirty all the time just from walking on it.

Fit but no fitness

InnSuites in Flagstaff is a reasonable bargain. While my room showed its age, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average; quite helpful since I didn't want to look for a restaurant with room to park my trailer. It was easy to get to and from I-40. Stores and gas stations were conveniently close at hand. I selected this property over others because of the advertised fitness facility. In reality, the facility was a stationary bike by the hot tub. During my stay the facility was shut for "maintenance." Since I like to work out my day of driving with good exercise, I found the non-fitness facility disappointing.
