Downtown Prescott is not within easy walking distance, so this isn't the hotel to choose if you want a relaxing out-of-auto experience

The hotel is old and in okay repair, with basix cleanliness. The best thing was their morning breakfast, which included hot items with the usual continental faire.

The Prescottonian is a very nice reasonable hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was nice to have the vanity area separate from the bathroom, as well as the desk and chairs for homework. The location is near the highway, but a bit far from town. Fortunately the weather in Prescott is beautiful and the walk is quite enjoyable.

This hotel was located close to a major highway, but not to the downtown area, which is one thing that Prescott is noted for. It was a bit of a drive.

If you are just looking for 'a place to sleep' and nothing more, then this hotel was adequate.

Just the WiFi

There were only two issues in an otherwise pleasant stay. First, the wireless internet couldn't connect in our room. Don't know if it was signal strength or what. I joined two other people in the lobby with there laptops to get online (work email for myself). There was also a very large cockroach (or something similar) on the couch. I disposed of it and never saw another bug. I'm familiar with the desert and know it is a buggy place so I wasn't too alarmed. On the other hand, the desk clerk (I can't remember her name) was really excellent. Friendly, quick and helpful as we looked for other rooms on our second night. Only reason we had to move was that the town was booked up.

The on-site restaurant and small lounge are especially nice because you can have dinner and a drink with worrying about driving back to your motel. The food is delicious and the prices very reasonable. This is a particularly nice place to stay for women who are traveling by themselves.

The Best Western Prescottonian is a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean with the nice touches of shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and a refrigerator. I have stayed in hotels for similar prices that did not have such simple amenities. The breakfast included with the price of the room is excellent.

The theatre was very close to walk to.

The Prescottonian Motel room we stayed in was very spacious and nice and warm. The heating was excellent, the bathroom was okay and the beds were so comfortable. The only downfall was breakfast only being on till 9.00am, we thought it could have been on till at least 10.00am. The staff (front desk, and restaurant) were very efficient and friendly.
