Under Renovation

Maybe this hotel will be fine in the future, but it looked completely closed when we drove up to it - there wasn't a car in sight and the drive-up lobby was cordoned off. The owners are putting on a new facade and the place is a mess. Kingman has slews of hotels, so we just decided to stay elsewhere...

Chinese resturant.

One hundred percent of this hotel was under construction.Very noisy starting at 5:30am.Room was dirty.Large hole in bathroom door. Bed was very hard.Would avoid this hotel until construction has been completed.

This property is currently undergoing a full makeover. The room was totally redone - new curtins, bed, furniture, etc. Restaurant is not currently open - but supposedly will be when the renovation is completed. Unfortunately, the place has the appearance of not being open - but was a great room for the price!

Clean up their act

This was the worst motel I've ever stayed at. We found a roach in the room, and even with remodeling the hotel looked dirty and some of the construction materials were left in the hallway. The pool was dirty as well, I wouldn't let my daughter swim in it. Considering all the other motels/hotels in the area, I would pass on ever going back to this one.
