Hotel is right at the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Alltel Arena where we had concert tickets. My husband loved the desk chair and wanted one just like it at home.

The downtown area was great for famliy and I really liked the resturant called the flying fish they need to be put on the map.

I felt so welcomed by the staff at the front desk,they made you feel right at home.

Disapointed for a Wyndham property

Wireless internet worked well in the room. The neighborhood is very questionable.

Burned out light in room lamp (lighting was dim as it was), slow bathtub drain. Maid did not empty one waste basket by the desk (had chicken bones in it from a previous nights take out dinner). The door lock rejected my swipe key a number of times. I made a number of trips to the front desk for re-keying. They had to replace the lock mechanism because the re-keying was unsuccessful. The new lock worked for one day before it was not operable again. Fitness room equipment was dirty and unoperable. Hallways were dirty and reeked of smoke. Really can't think of anything positive. Very disapointed for a Wyndham property.

Clean comfortable hotel

Excellent dining at the Riverfront Steak House which is located at the hotel.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. very quiet and peaceful, nice layout. Hotel had good upkeep with a friendly staff. I will stay there again.

nice rooms

I enjoyed the hotel, the sink area was a bit small, but not a problem if you pack light. I did not care for the cooler in the room which required you to buy drinks at a premium. I would rather they put a regular mini fridge in there and let you stock it yourself.

Well situated hotel

Lots of rooms available.

the Wyndham Riverfront in North Little Rock was well situated to get around town. The room was spacious, but the bed was not comfortable. My husband was not bothered by it however. While the area was not as nice as the hotels across the river the price was reasonable. We could have gotten the same room $20 cheaper if we had called and made our own reservation. Next time I'll check.

...and by that standard, the Wyndam was good. There were a few frustrations. The drain in the shower didn't work properly, so after 12 hours of travel, the much-anticipated bath I had been looking forward to wasn't an option. I probably could have switched rooms, but it was already after 11pm and I was exhausted. Rooms were totally average, but comfortable (great pillows!) The front desk staff the night I checked in were great. The next day, they were friendly, but not as competent (they kept saying my credit card was "declined" even though I had my bank on the line, insisting it was an input errror on the hotel's end) The room service menu was pretty sparse and the in-restaurant options weren't much better. But they have free wireless all over the hotel and a business center if you need to get online, but don't have your own equipment. There is also a small, but decent fitness center and a pool (that looked nice, but I didn't actually use it...) It's on a major highway, so not lots of shopping or other things you can walk to close by

I was satisfied with every aspect of this hotel except for the trouble I had with a later check out. I asked for a late check out and they said that would be fine, then the hotel staff called my room several times threatening to charge me for another day if I did not leave. I thought this was rude and a bad example of communication by the hotel staff.
