The airport is located 22 miles southeast of the city center and provides service to more than 12 million passengers a year. From the airport, you can take flights to cities throughout China as well as to international destinations such as Frankfurt and Korea.
Transportation to Nanjing Lukou International Airport
Shuttle buses run to and from the airport from the city center. You can pick them up at the Zhonghuamen Long-Distance Station, the Nanjing Railway Station at East Square, or the Hanzhhongmen Long-Distance Bus Station. They start running at 6 a.m., and the ticket price is 20 CNY, or $3.15, per person. You can also take a taxi from the city center to the airport. There are two major airports, John F. Kennedy International (JFK) and LaGuardia, that service travelers flying into New York City.
