June and July usually receive a great deal of rain, and oftentimes the streets may become flooded.

While in Las Vegas, you will want to visit the Strip, particularly Fremont Street, which is lit up by neon signs after the sun sets. Although it is not located in downtown Las Vegas, the Strip has numerous gambling and entertainment establishments.
