This is a smaller buffet, elegantly appointed, with chandeliers and brass accents. The food is superb, offering fresh seafood specialties each night, such as crab or shrimp. An entire menu is dedicated to lunch specials, and all are a great bargain. Real brick-oven pizzas are cheesy and delicious, and the eight pasta selections are filling and quick. For dinner, the pizza is always a good choice, as is the tiger shrimp salad. The Fettuccini Teatro, a fettuccine with a red Alfredo sauce, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, is tasty and is served with Caesar salad and garlic bread for USD14.25. For dessert, sample the turtle cheesecake. Beer and wine are available.
Olives
Chef Todd English brings this famous restaurant, a native of Boston, to Las Vegas. It features an exhibition kitchen so guests may watch the cooks in action and provides authentic Mediterranean tile work, cafe and outdoor patio seating. Appetizer prices are USD7-USD13 and entrees range USD19-USD27. The wine selection features diverse choices in a moderate to expensive price range. A full service bar is also available for your favorite cocktail. This is one of the few casual eateries in Bellagio and well worth the visit.
