Passenger pick-up: CVG has a cell phone waiting lot where drivers can park and wait for arriving passengers.
PARKING
Cheapest: The long-term lot on Donaldson Road is $7 daily. Connecting shuttles run every 10 minutes. Use this online coupon for $2 off when parked for 24 to 48 hours or a seventh day free when you park for a week.
Most convenient: The Terminal Garage (CVG Autoport) is $2 per hour up to a maximum of $12 daily. Free if you stay less than 30 minutes.
Valet parking: $18 a day.

Security: CVG will restrict parking within 300 feet of the terminals, when the U.S. government deems the national security risk "severe" or "high." Find the current risk level
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Bus: TANK (Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky) bus service takes passengers to and from downtown Cincinnati and Covington, Kentucky, daily from 5 a.m. to midnight for $1.25. Catch the bus at the Terminal 1 crosswalk and outside the Terminal 3 baggage claim area.
Shuttle/Limo: Airport Executive Shuttle goes to downtown Cincinnati and Covington for $15 one-way and $25 round-trip. Walk-up service is available, but it's best to call 24 hours in advance (800-990-8841) for guaranteed reservations.
Taxi: Cabs take travelers from CVG to downtown Cincinnati for $24. Call (859) 767-3260.

Traveler assistance: Find helpful Airport Ambassadors in the Terminal 3 baggage claim area and in the center courtyard of Concourse B from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Business centers: Ticket lobbies of terminals 1 and 2; near gates B-20 and C-1 in Terminal 3.
Smoking: Smoking lounges are located in the ticketing areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3, in Concourse B near the food court and in Concourse C.
Wi-Fi: Wireless Internet from Cincinnati Bell is available in Terminal 2 and Concourse C. T-Mobile provides Wi-Fi in the gate areas of Concourses A & B.
