Hartsfield-Jackson is 13 miles south of downtown Atlanta.
PARKING
Cheapest: The best options are the economy and park-and-ride lots, which cost $9 to $10 per day but fill up quickly.
Most convenient: Daily lots near the terminal are $14 per day and $2 an hour. To pick up or drop off passengers, go to hourly parking directly in front of each terminal.
Reserved parking: People who reserve spots in the Gold Reserve Lots get guaranteed covered parking with a private entry and exit. $3 for the first hour or $24 per day. Learn more.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
Train: Take a MARTA train to or from the airport for $1.75. Follow signs to the west end of the main terminal, where trains come and go every five to eight minutes. It takes 16 minutes to get to Five Points Station in downtown Atlanta and 30 minutes to get to Buckhead.
Shuttle: Numerous shuttles serve Hartsfield-Jackson. See which ground-transportation options serve towns throughout metro Atlanta.
Cab: A taxi costs about $30 to downtown Atlanta, about $32 to Midtown, and about $38 to Buckhead. Check for more on cabs and costs

A 3.5-mile underground train system and moving sidewalks connect Concourses A through E. Hartsfield-Jackson calculated "walk vs. ride" times in minutes from the terminal train platform to Concourses A through E.
