(In June, American Airlines launched apps for BlackBerry and Windows Phone smartphones, the latest in its series of apps for a variety of devices.) (more…)

Tuesday, April 26th, 2011

By Orbitz Staff

At Orbitz, sometimes it pays to travel. Just ask Victoria of Rio Verde, Ariz. She booked a flight on Orbitz and found herself with an extra $750 thanks to Orbitz Price Assurance.

The program works like this: You book a flight or hotel on our site. If another Orbitz customer books the same itinerary for less, we cut you a cash refund for the difference.

Voila–more shopping money. Boom–a whole round of drinks for the swim-up bar.

Because extra flow is cause to celebrate.
