The staff were so friendly and kind
The staff was exceptional. The staff called you by your first name and went out of the way to make sure you were taken care of. The decor and pool area were very zen. The room and bathroom were very large and comfortable. Great location to walk to restaurants and shopping.
The hotel staffs were great. They came and picked us up at the airport on time. Our room was ready by the time we made it back to the hotel. Our room came with a free dinner we didn't know about and it was delicious. Really enjoyed our stay.
My daughter and I wanted to see Cambodia while I was visiting her in Thailand. I saw the Golden Temple on line and liked the fact that there was a shuttle service. I am so happy we stayed there. Everything was much better that expected..The staff was so kind, they were like family. The happy hour by the pool was so relaxing. They even fixed a snack lunch for us the day we went to the temples. The rooms were amazing..There were lotus petals on the bed and in the sink on our arrival. Snacks appeared daily.. We could not have asked for better service or accommodations.. They were always finding ways to help. They even gave us a phone to call them if we had a question or needed anything at any time.
Outstanding staff and perfect location. Everything from the airport pick-up until our departure was amazing! Staff was very friendly and always there to assist or help with any requests. Room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was always well prepared. We felt like family while we stayed there and look forward to returning next year!! A+A+A+A+
If you are going to Siem Reap and want to be in a beautiful hotel right in the middle of the action this is the place to stay. The hotel and staff will exceed your expectations. The place is a gem right in the middle of the city. You don't have to take a tuk tuk anywhere except the Temples. The hotel is clean and fun and that staff is amazing. I can't think of one negative aspect of our stay here. I strongly recommend you won't be disappointed.
