Peppermill is a genuine full-service and wide-options hotel/casino/spa/dining facility that offers a welcoming and casual and open atmosphere for guests; multiple and varied in-house dining options offer superb service and menus. Twice-hourly complimentary hotel shuttle passenger vans provide easy access to & from Reno airport for easy travel connectivity. WiFi was excellent. Staff was effective, polite, responsive 24/7. A fine stay!
I felt safe and wasn’t bunch of homeless around the grounds. Clean and quiet rooms. Employees very nice and helpful.
The Peppermill is my favorite hotel and casino in Reno. But this trip, the maid service room was directly across from our room and the laughter and noise coming out of the room was disturbing mid-day. I can understand that other hotel guest make noise in the hall but the staff should be more professional and respectful to guests.
Overall the stay was good. The pool and spa area was over crowded as the bigger pool and spa was closed when they are hosting a conference and all the rooms are booked. We were supposed to have a large tub in the room and we received a shower instead. Still had a good time.
Loved our room , spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The downside was the cost of meals onsite . Overall 9 out of 10

Well beyond my expectations. Very clean and well ran. Restaurants were outstanding and fair priced. Staff was amazing!!!
