The grounds, beach, lobbies, and other areas were beautiful and clean! Staff was unbelievably friendly especially our butlers and the TRS lobby personnel. The restaurants were hit and miss, very good food El Dorado and Suptori, best service El Dorado, the other restaurants service was fair and food below average.
The property was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed how every staff person we spoke to treated us like family and made us feel important. The constant free transportation made finding our route very easy while still enjoying the view of the rest of the very large resort. We enjoyed all the activities and food options TRS had to offer and using the app made finding what we wanted very easy. Our butler (RAY) was friendly and super accommodating with all our wants and needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

The staff at this resort will cater to your every need and if you are celebrating a special occasion they will go above and beyond to help you celebrate. Overall this will not be a resort that I would be retuning to when visiting DR again, the food is horrible and has no good food options. It is very hard to get to a chance to have a good tasting lunch or dinner without having to make reservations first which can be booked out by the time you arrive. Easy beach access, top shelf liquor only available at lobby check in area, the resort need to have better entertainment for adults , white party and beach party lasted 1 hour. Rooms are okay nice size, and comfortable, be sure to have loose cash on hand for tips. Spa sales people are pushy and beware if you book a spa welcome package upon arrival make sure they don’t try to charge you again upon your departure. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING!!!
First time in DR. The butler Randy was very helpful, he even made the room up for my birthday with decorations and cake. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we need. Danni and Sandy the bartenders at the 59 building was excellent as well, they gave good service. Also will like to complment the hostesses at Capricho, one of the young ladies (can't remember her name) became like family. The only thing is that we had an issue with the person that was checking us in Michael did not pay attention to our reservation and we ended up spending a few hours in the lobby and paying $200 for an extra room that didn't even exist. Then management (Joel) promised a gift fpr the inconvenience but never received. They also try to sit with them at the end and give them 5 stars but i knew better

Resort was very nice. The App to book dinner reservations was not very useful because most restaurants were fully booked by the time we arrived for our stay. We had to ask multiple times for items needed and still never received them. The blow dryer in our room did not work. We asked our butler and even called the front desk and never got a replacement.
This is by far the most overpriced 4 star hotel I have ever been too. Bad service and my girlfriend was stuck in the room for 3 days with food poisoning. It was insinuated she drank too much only problem is that we dont drink. Food was all bland I spare you the details but avoid this place at all cost. I travel extensively in the Caribbean and live in the Caribbean and this is the worst all inclusive resort experience I have ever had I am currently sitting in the lobby and cant wait to leave finishing the rest of my vacation at another resort.
My wife and I enjoyed out stay at TRS. I went with three other couples. I was located in building 56 which is a short walk from the registration area and main pool. My room was lovely. Room service and the room's minibar were included which was a surprise. The manager of our building, Francisco and his woman coworker. Always met us with big infectious smiles. TRS is the main resort of the four at this location. If you are staying at TRS you can use the services of the other resorts. However, residents of the other resorts can't come to TRS. I enjoyed the food. The meals ranged from good to excellent. I ate all my breakfast and many of my lunches at Helios. Mostly I just choose from the buffet. Others in the group ordered from the menu. Dinners were at the specialty restaurants. I ate at El Dorado (steak house), Bhogali (Indian), La Boheme (French), Las Torres (International), and one other site I can't remember. My favorite was La Boheme. The food and décor were fabulous. I was very impressed by the live music. During different meal times at Helios and various times at the pool there would be live music. A violinist, a saxophonist, someone playing the French Horn, solo singers, a Mariachi and others. The music added a touch of class to my time there. I also enjoyed the sports center. I played tennis and took a few archery lessons. Constantine was an excellent teacher. He also joined us while we played table tennis. Even though, someone else in the group had chosen this locati
