This is a no frills property. No breakfast, although the room does have a frig and a microwave. The area was safe, but there was very limited dining in the area.

This place was reasonably priced and looked nice on the outside. It seemed like a nice area, and very conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. However, the room felt old and musty. When we first walked in, there was a very strong clorox smell and we thought about trying to get moved to another room, but we decided to go to dinner and see if the smell would be better a little later. When we returned, the clorox smell had subsided, but then it smelled like smoke or a very old musty room. We could tell the mattress was old and was very uncomfortable. I think a little paint and a comfortable mattress would make a big difference, but for now we would not stay there again.
Room floors are really dirty
Dirty. Wi-Fi rarely ever worked. Homeless people all around the area. I got a smoking room, but didn’t think it would smell like someone smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in the room. TV barely worked. The employees were the only good thing. Friendly employees.
I did not stay in the property, and the hotel refunded my money. So that is good on Studio 6, they were professional and promptly responded to me. However, Orbitz is sub par in my estimation. They refused to refund my money though I did not stay at this hotel, Orbitz claimed the hotel would not refund my money but I called the hotel direct after my conversation with Orbitz and their was no problem getting a refund. It took all of about 3 min. So the issue is with Orbitz not Studio 6. The hotel seems fine for a traveler spending a night.
At one point in the night someone tried to break in. Poor security
Stayed 2 nights. Room had a weird chemical/burnt smell. After checkout clothes & personal belongings had a musty odor to them. Both nights, all throughout the night, junkies would knock on my room door. High touch surfaces were visibly dirty. Kitchenette area was greasy, the stove area looked like it had never been cleaned before. Found a bug scurrying across the kitchen table. Lots of transients & homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Lots of trash surrounding property. Location is next to a freeway so you hear traffic noise at night.

I found clumps of hair in my bed that weren’t mine and a cockroach crawling across the floor. It’s a terrible neighborhood, and you worry parking your car there. Do not recommend. Pool area is closed. No hot tub.
