This hotel is fantastic. It is a small walk to the Eiffel Tower and a small walk to the Champs. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast is fantastic.
The West End Hotel is a lovely hotel with all the world charm you have been missing. The hotel room was immaculate and Fabienne at the front desk definitely deserves a raise. Everything you desire is in walking distance of the hotel, it was worth every euro. :)
Beautiful hotel perfectly situated in Paris. The staff was kind. The room was wonderful. They were renovating when we were there. It could get loud during the day but was clean and quiet during sleeping hours. Loved it!

Our stay at the West End could not have been better. Loved the Jr. Suite, and the location was perfect. The Hotel Staff was exceptional, they were all so sweet and helpful and really took care of our cabs, any reservations we wanted, as well as gave us some good suggestions to make our visit in Paris even more wonderful. We stayed with them for 9 days and would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.
The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very nice with a comfy bed and a great bathroom. The continental breakfast had a good variety of items that were all tasty. We ate breakfast at the hotel almost every day of our stay. The hotel is also a few blocks away from 2 metro stations so getting to sites was easy, and there are lots of restaurants within 2 blocks (we loved Bistro Marbeuf and Chez Andre). Our only issue was that the room was a little warm and we couldn’t figure out the thermostat. That being said, we don’t speak French and didn’t mention it to the staff. We just cracked the balcony doors a bit.

All of the concierges were so helpful in making our stay comfortable including booking restaurant reservations and a rental car. One concierge added a chocolate bar to our room service order just because I had mentioned wanting chocolate instead of dinner. The room was so elegant, breakfast was served on a silver platter every morning and the staff paid so much attention to detail. We loved our stay.
Gem of a hotel, near many of shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Very nice neighborhood where it is located, so we never felt uncomfortable or insecure. Lots of excellent, family owned restaurants within 500 feet in almost any direction. Awesome place in Paris.
West end is a small but nice hotel located in a superb location, one block from avenue Montagne. There is plenty of good locations near the hotel: nice restaurants, pharmacy, carrefour and also few blocks from champs elysee and george V avenues. Personnel is friendly and helpful, trying to help you anytime. Breakfast is very nice, with ample choices of breads, cheeses, hams, juices, mermalades, fruit, and very good coffee and teas. And best of all, is free in all rates. The only thing is that the standard rooms are extremely small. I will recommend to take the junior suite or deluxe rooms, they are beautiful and spacious. The personnel of the hotel was extremely helpful and they wanted to change us room for an extra charge, which we were about to do it, but was a fuss to change room once we were accomodated in our actual room. Wifi is not so good in the rooms, but guess this is a problem in all hotels! I will definitely returned to West End, next time in a deluxe or junior suites which are beautiful.
This is a small hotel, but exceeds in customer service which was huge for a first time traveler to Paris such as myself. We enjoyed our stay from 9/4/2017-9/9/2017 it felt like our home away from home. It's close to several attractions, restaurants, shopping and in a quiet safe area. The room we got was small, but charming with all the necessities. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean with a pleasant aroma throughout that I loved. The staff were amazingly friendly and always willing to help. Also, our stay included breakfast which was delicious (omelettes are available for 5 euros). We loved Paris and can't wait to return. We will definitely be staying at West End again.

Wonderful front desk staff. Very walkable to the Champs Elysees, the Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre but tucked away on a quiet street with many great restaurants.
We loved this hotel! It was a great location all around. It was also very beautiful. We got a free upgrade for being Orbitz Platinum and a free bottle of wine. We absolutely loved our room. The continental breakfast was very simply, but they had nice options for a little extra. It was also no extra cost to have the breakfast delivered to your room. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends in a heart beat.
