Poorly trained staff. Never did wake up call or get taxi ordered. Bitsy rooms.
We had booked moxy to have a good comfortable stay but moxy decided to book a different hotel that was not as good or same level as moxy with reason that they were overbooked. We had to walk extra to go to the other hotel after our long flight and day and then stay in line behind 25 people to check in it did not feel right as we had already paid for moxy and we should have the room instead of them giving our room to some one else and sending us to a low star hotel. Moxy used to be nice now 5k they care only about money. So not recommended at all
This hotel has no AC, no phone in the room that we can contact the reception.
