Breakfast was basic. Didn’t understand why they have no safes in the rooms. You have to use the one by the front desk. The room and The bathroom are tiny, But the staff were great.
The staff is young and the service is often off. Front desk people ok if sometimes a bit rough. The dining staff —two of the women super rude. Biggest complaint—there were bugs in the bed. Woke up scratching and with welts. Searching the bed... these little bugs crawling around. Just hoping they didn’t get in my luggage. It was inexpensive but not worth the savings.
The location is convenient, near the metro and Le Marais district. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small but this is generally to be expected in Paris. The lobby is fairly large and has plenty of seating if you're waiting for others or preparing the day's itinerary. The breakfast is standard continental and decent value for the price.
Great hotel, great location and very friendly staff.
