Perfect location I enjoyed my stay and truly felt as if I was home and not just residing in a hotel. It was comfortable I will be back

Location is central. Lobby and bathrooms have sewer smell. Hotel rooms are run down.

Great location. Easy subway and close restaurant access. Comfortable bedding. Nice window view

Liked location Did not like the facility completely worn out. Humidity in walls, all floor carpets worn out, need to be changes stat.

The hotel was ok. We really only used it to sleep and shower never spend much time In the hotel. There was alot of renovation going on and when I tried to check out the guys painting the celing were in my way. Some staff were nice the rest didn't even bother to help. Our room was updated but it looked like they had done it In a hurry and paint was chipping off. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is for the location.

The property is under construction so the noise and the dust is all over, the room was perfect however you had to open the windows to let air in and it was filthy outside

Great location for restaurants and metro(50 meters away). Hotel was under major renovations, 2 of the 4 elevators(which hold 3 people each) were closed. Whole 2nd floor had construction, electrical cords across the hallways, carpets were not kept clean from construction mess. The main entrance was closed for renovations. Front desk and concierge service was excellent. They printed Disney tix for me and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and how to get to sites. Do not exchange money at hotel, they add 10% to exchange rate, US to Euro was $1.10, they charge, $1.23

The location was great with easy access to the Metro and a number of restaurants. The room was clean but not functional. There was 1 hook on the back of the bathroom door and no towel racks or hooks for towels. It would have been nice to have drawers for clothes and 2 luggage stands vs. 1. There was a water bottle in the room that was not replenished on a daily basis. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would rate the hotel as 3 stars rather than 4.

We selected this hotel because of a bundling option with Orbitz. We looked a the pictures and it looked acceptable. Nothing was said of a major remodel going on. Temporary entrance that was very poorly lighted, somewhat sketchy. We asked for a newly remodeled room which the staff was generous to provide. The room and floor had recently been remodeled, not great craftsmanship but overall good. It was very warm when we entered our room so we tried the air condition only to find out upon calling the front desk, that the air condition was not working. They had to disconnect it when the remodeling started. Very disappointing to find this out after arrival our arrival. I think the hotel will be great after the remodel is complete. The picture to of the court yard is NOT a true picture. They are storing construction items in the area. Very cluttered and messy. You could not and would not want to go out there. The staff was great, especially the restaurant staff. Not sure of the spelling, Akim was outstanding. Made everyone feel welcome and kept everything moving great. Location was ok, the "yellow vest" had broken window fronts next door and were protesting Saturday, that was the only time we saw them. Would I try the bundle option again with Orbitz, maybe. I would approach it with caution. Am I being scammed? Why is it a good deal? The flight was great, liked the location and times available.

Location was perfect. Had an issue checking in but after that no problems. Would stay here again.

Liked the location and friendly staff. Was disappointed in the restaurant---not a lot of charm, but staff was very friendly in the restaurant. Also, hotel was undergoing major renovation to the lobby area so was a little bit less than expected but was understandable. Hotel staff was TERRIFIC and very helpful!!!!
