MAN ON MAN! The service at this hotel is STELLAR. I had the unfortunate experience of losing my cell phone and the staff went above and beyond to help me. If and ever I return to Osaka, I will be booking here without a doubt. God bless the staff! The hotel was perfect as well, just the right amount of space for a solo traveler.
