The amenities are misleading. The room is small and does not have storage at all. The staff was rude beyond belief. Towels were cheap and useless. Shower had no water pressure. Beds were uncomfortable. Room needs to be cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend. Spend a little bit more money and stay at one of the hotels. On the positive side, the location was decent and walkable to the all the shops.

I only stayed here overnight, and it was pouring rain when I arrived so I didn't really get to look around, but check-in was very easy, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Property is in a good location. As far as amenities—we got the bare minimum. Everyday we had to go and ask for a new roll of toilet paper and towels. The bathroom had a serious ant problem also. We were told when checking in there was one parking spot per room and every night when returning there were no parking spots

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We take preventative measures to keep down the ant issue, by spraying every 2 weeks. However, because we live on a 10 mile ant farm (they love sand of course) it can be a tedious task to keep them at bay constantly. I hope you came to the front desk and let us know so we could of treated it for you. Also, because of covid, we will not enter your rooms. We would send our housekeeper around each day and knock on the door to see what toiletries and linens you may of needs for the day, but maybe you were not in the room. For that I do apologize. I think we will all be happy when things go back to "normal". I do hope you come back and give us another shot to make this 3 star review and whole 5 star stay!!! Sincerely, Summer B.
