Waited 90 minutes to check in, despite calling ahead to let them know when I would arrive. I had my two kids in tow -- they didn't get to sleep until midnight, which ruined our next day. Room was disgusting -- wasn't clean. The staff person who let us in told us: "sorry, the room smells, so I opened a window". It was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Nothing, for the money this property was not worth it. I realize that it is the busy season but this property needs serious modernizing. Lighting in room was very inadequate. Air conditioning in breakfast room not working. No safety bars in the bathroom. Paint, carpeting everywhere needs attention. Staff was very friendly. First time I have ever complained about accommodations.

Everything was super super clean and the staff was very helpful and kind in guiding us to our room at checkin! It was such a great stay. I traveled with my mom a small dog and cannot recommend this place enough.
It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was so dirty we left one day early. My daughters room and my room was nit cleaned we showed the front desk staff the pictures they really did not care. I had to put towels down on the bathroom floor cause it was dirty . We kept going to the front desk and complaining but never offered to clean the rooms and they never came in to clean the rooms. We couldn’t wait to leave. We were so skieved we had to cut our trip short and come home one day early. I want my money back , we drove home 9 hours home so we didn’t stay another night in the filthy hotel !!
Our room was disgusting. There were crumbs on the floor and empty soda bottles under the bed. Staff was not nice and did not care. Our bed had a crater in the middle. Curtains were falling off the windows. We left a day early because it was so gross.
It's a big property and felt like an old hotel, however the sheet and pillows were very nice!

First room bedding had hair in it and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, tv remote didn’t work. They upgraded us and the room had far better cleanliness. Poor cleaning staff, but nice place otherwise
We stayed here for a ski weekend. The hotel was perfect for our needs - we wanted something central that included breakfast - and the bunk beds were a fun bonus! (FYI: the sign out front is tiny and poorly lit, so you need to note landmarks to avoid passing it.)
The room was large but like everyone says, very dark. Nice deck and adequate bathroom. There was no shower liner so the floor got wet. Breakfast was plentiful. When we first checked in we were send to a room that had not been cleaned. Our next room was smaller, but fine. The heat is also very hot. I like it very warm but had to keep it at 66 to keep it comfortable. Staff was very nice. The Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was a nice plus.
