The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I would have appreciated more communication as to where to check in, parking, etc. since the condo was among other buildings on the plantation. It was a beautiful place and I would stay again and recommend to others. I usually go up the street to another property but was glad that I checked out Kingston Plantation.
Terrible smell in the condo. Very noisy construction work. We have stayed at the Kingston Plantation development many times and have always had a good experience until this visit. Not at all happy with this stay!!
This was an awesome experience. The building is very safe. Pools are awesome! Water slides for the kids were fantastic. Make sure you get a cabana- very reasonably priced plus you get a server to bring you drinks! The cabana also helps if you want to spend the day outside- poolside and ocean beach is walkable. There is a safe in the cabana for all your stuff. Beach was great! Views from the condos were amazing. Get the largest oceanfront. Perfect for small family getaway. Each equipped with kitchen and refrigerator. Most of all for 300/ night 2 bedroom on the ocean, THAT is cheap as hell for a great time which we had. Will definitely stay there again 👏👏👏👏

Very confusing checking in. Staying at Kingston Plantation- Brighton and there was nothing on the listing that said we should go check in at Embassy Suites. When we finally figured out where to go on a huge property, they wouldn’t let us check in. So we changed in a tiny bathroom to go kill some time at the beach and 5 min later they text us hat we can. Kw all of a sudden check in. So we go back, get the keys, drive back, park in a deck with also very little signage about where doors and elevators are. We get to our room after a 20 minute process of figuring out the parking, elevators and finding the room and the room keys don’t work. We call the front desk and they send a maintenance man saying the lock must be dead. 20 min later a maintenance man comes and it’s not dead but we were supposed to use the key code pad not the key card pad but we had been given cards not a card. It took us over an hour of frustration to get checked in and was not a good start to our vacation

Kingston Plantation is wonderful although I wish the construction had been completed. The dryer didn't work well and needed to be run multiple times for the clothes to dry. Other than that, the condo was great!

This place is so nasty !! Do not stay here it needs upgrades ! Didn even have hot water the first night !
The location and property were great! We loved the pools, the pool bar (drinks and food), the beach. The staff was wonderful all around. We were disappointed in not having access as we were told to continental breakfast, there was no ice machine available in our entire building, the ‘nightlife’ on property was nil and our bed was very uncomfortable.
First trip since covid, so we were very cautious. I booked Hilton because my assumption was as they are charging over $600 a night, things would be super clean and cautious. The room did not seemed to be thoroughly cleaned. The sofa cushions were out, all kitchen cabinets were open, dust on the dining table and an unused lotion bottle on the floor, a used towel in the bathroom. We called the front desk. It took a while to get in touch as it was a very busy checkin time. They offered to send someone to clean. We declined as we did not wanted anyone in the room after we checked in. So the enhanced cleaning etc. seemed a marketing jargon to me. The room sizes are simply amazing. The kitchen was really good size. In room washer and drier with good quality appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really spacious. Ideal for a long term stay. The balconies offered awesome view The location is really good for family oriented crowds. As the beach has a private access it was not too crowded . Breakfast was limited but good. Lots of activities in the resort. If you go to on-site Starbucks or other amenities expect delays as they seemed short in staff. Only one person in the coffee shop who will take the order, make the coffee, take they payment. But the staff is friendly. The door did not have a privacy chain or internal lock. The condo we were in could use some touching up and it will look magnificent. Overall, I would give this place another shot.
The location is good. Very quiet. Enough (but not too much) space. The table on the porch needs chairs as there are none. The carpet should probably be updated. There are not enough dishes and there is no can opener (I had to buy one.) Very challenging to get the hotel staff to bring towels etc. It took several calls.
