Grateful for the indoor pool - it was lovely to know my grandson could swim even if the weather was unpredictable.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff!

For some reason, my reservation, which was for two nights, August 5,6. Was canceled after i checked in. I was never notified by orbitz that it canceled. I showed the desk clerk my reservation. He couldn't explain why it was canceled so i was charged a much higher rate than i agreed to when i booked it months ago. Very disappointed

The bathroom smelled musty

The first room provided was very sorry, big green glob of tooth paste in sink, and hair, couldn't miss it. Food particles on rug, obviously not even vacuumed, microwave greasy handprints all over it. Second room was a bit better but the overall dirtiness of hotel very disappointing.

This was a terrible hotel. Super disappointing!! Front all the trash, guest clothes and towels out in the parking lot and outside patio to the hotel constantly smelling like marijuana, to a previous guest dirty underwear in my room, so yourself a favor and choose another hotel. This is horrible! There were other guests allowing their children to spit in the pool. Ran out of toilet paper in our room and had to ask multiple times for some until I finally got some by going directly to housekeeping cleaning another room… highly disappointed

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean! Was not happy with the $9 box breakfast: was told it was a croissant and muffin and piece of fruit; found a gluten-free bagel, two hard-boiled eggs and tiny yogurt.

Other than the annoyance of a broken ice machine and having to go to another floor to get ice, all around great experience and staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very lovely. I only stayed for 1 night but it was very comfortable and clean. The concierge Daniel was amazing, helpful and very welcoming. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would definitely revisit this hotel again! Pool and fitness center closed due to coronavirus. Only part that sucks, but we were there to visit the local waterpark anyway.

Staff was nice and pleasant. There were towels on the floor outside a room a few doors down when we arrived, they were still there the next morning when we were departing. Just didn’t look nice.

Clean rooms, clean lobby. Pool and jacuzzi was dirty, water not clear. You get out of the water smelling like wet stinky socks

very clean, it was convenient to our stay, staff was very courtious

2nd time in a row i have stayed in a Hilton to find housekeeping pounding on doors at 830am. This practice is unacceptable and makes it impossible to sleep in. What is the point of noon checkout if im being woken 4 hours prior. This will definately impact my next hotel choice.
