Standard large hotel. Condition is generally good. Can’t walk too far. Many homeless people. Restaurant is average and when I couldn’t eat one dish as it was awful they refused to take it off the bill. The breakfast was better and good value for the price.

Clean, close to Mall or Asia. The a/c in the room did not get very cool, room was a little on the warm side for my personal preference for sleeping.
This is an aging property that hasn't seen the proper care and maintenance.

Have stayed at Heritage many times over the years and always enjoyed it, but last couple times not so well. The staff is very friendly and helpful when asked and that includes all but maybe a little over worked. My last stay was for 10 days and all except my last 2 days they forgot something when cleaning, weather it be a hand or regular towel, soap, coffee stirs etc. I always had to notify some one. Counter top with coffee maker was never cleaned, had to clean myself. Excessive hairs on floor sometimes. As I said everyone was courteous and kind and always helpful when asked, but I should not have to ask nearly every day for what should have been done. Also sat in lounge area a couple times waiting for someone and was told I could not sit there because it was for people ordering. That never happened before. In fact there was a time I got there a little early and had to sit and wait for my room to be finished getting cleaned. I understand the situation and don't want trouble for anyone because all were so kind and helpful when asked, but when you pay for a room for 2 and even though 2 people may not be there every night you want what you pay for and use of the hotel and amenities. Hope I explained this well enough to make my point because I enjoy staying there and a great location as well as very kind staff just maybe a little forgetful at times. Thanks to all.
