Lengthy check-in. Check-in staff were not accommodating to simple request by a senior citizen, but then puzzling followed through 12 hours before departure, on a 3-day stay. Staff gave information contrary to the norm, regarding grab vs taxi. Use of stairs not allowed.
close to dining places. front desk said they only provide 1 key card , therefore need to ask staff to tap the elevator in going up every time one of us go out for one of us use the key provided to let the lights stay on in the room.

As a long time customer, Red Planet Aseana is a good hotel for this price range. Location is great and staff are efficient. Close to shopping and the airport.
Good property for price
Clean and reasonably priced and comfortable. Two issues: no wash cloths and no cups/glasses. Little things that make a big difference.
Staff is good all nice, just need upgrade like small fridge and hot pot for coffe but overall its nice.

Clean and modern but lacking fixtures, ie, storage space in bathroom, simple things like towel hooks etc, no laundry service, no small appliances etc
I felt sick when I was there and I think it was caused by them using US/EU banned pesticides in the room.
