The food was good, but not sure how clean their cooking practices were.

We stayed here one night on our honeymoon and it’s a great property. It is a bit pricey but the views are stunning. They have 3 restaurants on site with a variety of options, but food is just okay. The pools are amazing. Staff is extremely helpful. We didn’t lift a finger during our stay. If your goal is to unwind this is a good place for it. I don’t believe the bungalows have bathtubs, so you may want to check as that is one item we missed.
The property was absolutely amazing, the staff very attentive, and the experience will stay with me forever. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, staff was nice and room was clean. The water in the pool was a little bit cold. The food in the hotel is expensive but you can walk 5 minutes to the next village and eat there. The hotel is a 25 minuets drive from the main island with a boat that cost 200 Bhat for one way ( 6$) per person, the problem with that is after you arrive to the island with 2 hours drive on a ferry, sometime it could be inconvenient.
I had a great time at the resort. Maya bay wasn’t open but when I come back I’m going to go check out Red Tuna again. Great restaurant behind the resort. The resort food didn’t seem as authentic as the food I’ve had in Thailand and even around the resort.

The staff went above and beyond, we had breakfast delivered every morning and it was so delicious. The pool was so so good and huge!!! I love every moment of it. We stayed in the hillside pool villa and it was worth it! Beautiful huge and can fit many people even though it was just us 2. Everything thing was amazing and much sure to go to the village beyond the resort for all your food needs. The food is amazing and less money than the resort but over all amazing experience!
We had such a great time at Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort. The staff was super friendly, hard working and very nice. The rooms were clean and in great condition. The food was excellent and the Spa services superb. Very happy here and I felt like a king.
When you arrive by boat a tractor with a trailer comes to meet you in knee deep water. Beautiful resort with wonderful restaurants. Loved the beach massages!

We stayed for two nights. The travel from Airport to resort was breathtaking. The best part of our entire trip was the sunset speed boat that took us all around Ko Phi Phi. We left around 1, which was great because we spent all morning at the pool and missed some of the crowds. We went to several islands to snorkel and site see and had dinner on the beach at sunset. Our guide was Soon, he was amazing. By far the best day of our entire trip to Thailand. I highly recommend.
Wonderful location, resort Beach bay is great. The bay is unique to this resort and is not shared by any other resorts. Everything you need is there and food options are great. Resort also provides accommodations for day tours and scuba trips. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, we felt like family during our stay!!
This was our first time visiting Koh Phi Phi and I'm so glad that we picked this resort. It was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail was flawless. We decided to upgrade our room to a Junior Beachfront and sooooo glad we did. The room is amazing and the view of the sunrise each morning is even better. Here is what you need to know: 1) This resort is its own compound and pretty far from the main center. So it's pretty challenging getting to the night market or where all the action is happening. 2) There is a little mini-village right next door that took us a minute to discover. If you're looking for GOOD Thai food that's cheap, you'll find it there. 3) The standard hotel food is quite "Americanized" - wish there would have been more Thai options. See point #2 4) The beach front is likely one of the best on Phi Phi. Shallow, warm water that's great for shell hunting in the morning at low tide and swimming at high-tide. However, not much snokling opportunities right off the beach. 5) Amenities. They've got it all. You'll want for nothing. 6) Staff. Overall super friendly and easy to communicate with. Hope this helps.
Didn't want to leave this gem of a hotel! Peaceful and quiet, but a nice distance (walking or hiking) to Tonsai Village and viewpoint. Highly recommend!!
Very well run resort by very nice people who make your stay very comfortable! From the moment they meet you at the airport they take care of everything, when you were as far from home as we were this is a very good feeling. The resort is very well run and the staff will help you with any questions you might have. A very organized operation!
Indeed.., a very nice place shame that it is very noisy ( day and night ) because of these many Thai motor-boats in the immediate vicinity. These boats virtually surrounds this place with the noise of their engines. Day and night you ll get no peace !
Stayed here for my 20th birthday. Rooms, beach, pools and resort in general was beautiful and well kept. Great staff and service(decorated my room on my bday without instruction). This resort is NOT all inclusive and definitely pricy. All amenities and food on resort are very expensive. The only way to acces this resort is by boat, so if you plan to leave this enclosed resort to do activities in phi phi town remember you will need to board a long boat for a 30 minute ride anytime you wish to leave the resort and enter town. Sadly I must also report that something (either breakfast or dinner) at this resort gave me 24 hour food poisoning. Luckily I had medication and 2 friends to nurse me back to health but it basically ruined my birthday and vacation. If I hadn't gotten sick this would have been an amazing stay.

There has been quite a few issues regarding the boat transfer costs to the guests. The reason for this is due to the fact that the long tail boats belong to the local boat owners who live on the Island. We make use of the long tail boats to assists the local owners as it is their only form of an income. Regarding the high prices here at the resort. This is because we need to collect fresh food supply from the main land daily which makes it very costly to the hotel. However, please accept my sincerest apologies in the area where you feel we fell short. Our aim is to do our best to make our guest leave the resort with good memories.
