Perfect stay. Good location, easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfortable room. Would love to stay again

Creepy old men just sit inside the entrance at night. The hallway smelled like feet. The shower smelled worse and you have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. Tiny room. Even the Starbucks made bad drinks?

No frills, but complete and nicely done.

Terrible service at the front desk. Tried to ask questions and was directed to a computer even though 2 front desk people were available with no clients. Was told that restaurant specials were ALL DAY....yeah NO..5pm-7:30pm....showed up at the restaurant at 7:35pm and was told that NOPE.....front desk was wrong.....no sorry....no I apologize for miss understanding....no we would honor it since you were miss informed. The room was 100% handicap accessible. That’s great except I’m not in a wheel chair and I’m not 4 feet tall so all the mirrors bellow my chest and and the safety rails and call buttons.......literally I had several emergency pull cords located in my room. The room looked like a nursing home/rehab facility. I work in healthcare/medical field and trust me I know what my patients room looks like. I went to front desk to see if they might have a “regular” room.....with amenities I can use without sitting down....and what do you know.....the very busy front desk people that had nothing to do before yet were too busy to help me we’re all up in my face trying to shame me with statements that disabilities are normal. Yeah......I work with brain and spinal cord injuries and surgeries for a living......on MY vacation that I pay for I would like to NOT be schooled about awareness and sensitivity. I simply would like to be able to use the amenities I paid for. Definitely WOULD NOT stay at that place again

Room clean, but no outlet in bathroom and barely any light in bathroom. No full body mirror. No plugs next to the bed to charge phones, really inconvenient. No refrigerator or basic amenities in the room. Closet has no door, very basic rooms. The beds slide all around the place because they are on wheels. Breakfast not very good because the eggs and meat were always undercooked. Croissants were good. Overall friendly staff. Gym was the best part of this hotel. We will not stay here again.

Really nice rooms, free parking, great beds and close to walk into the city. Would stay again for sure!
