Our room was not ready upon check in (3:20pm) - which we were a bit early, so ok, but we were offered to go to Oasis & Sea for Happy Hour (3pm-6pm). Got to the restaurant and they do not open until 5pm on Sundays. Something the front desk should know? So we had lunch at the pool - 2 drinks/2 meals - $94!?!? Are you kidding? Its basic chicken sandwiches. Went to check in at 4:20-room still not ready. No comment on waters or daily credit. Overall highly disappointed and does not feel like it lives up to Hilton brand.
Horrible experience! We booked a water view room and we were assigned a room with a view of the highway and parking lot. They did switch our room the next morning to a water view, but this room had issues, TV would not work, no alarm clock, no trash can, bathroom door would not close or lock, shower had mold. The breakfast buffet was horrible and very expensive at $30 per person! We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!!
I would totally live here. Beautiful and the views of the intercostal water way was incredible. Service and staff were wonderful

The self parking fee is excessive in my opinion. The staff at the hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean and nicely appointed.
The staff are nice. I like the convenience of the location. The resort fee is irritating, as is the $20 self parking fee. Buffet charge for breakfast is too much, but the food is good. Overall a very nice place and well kept. I will stay there again and again.
Rooms are old and dated. The staff assured us at check in that the $35 resort fee could be used toward food and drink but that was a lie we had to pay for room service using our credit card.
Terrible, never going back. Many hotels in the area that are half the price and a much more enjoyable stay. Severely understaffed. Couldn’t get service at the patio bar so we left the property to eat dinner. Came back at midnight, took 15 minutes for anyone to show up at the valet desk. Went back to our water view room and guys were running loud saws on a yacht all night, right behind our room. Honors member but it definitely want an honor to stay there.
The view was spectacular, but dinner options were limited and the hotel was dreadfully unprepared for the number of guests at breakfast. Even the coffee bar had a 20-30 minute wait. The barn door to the bathroom does not prevent sounds from being heard in the main bedroom area. The staff were all very friendly.
Marina view was just beautiful
Liked being on the beautiful marina. We stayed only one night before boarding a cruise. This is the second time we have done this. Both experiences were enjoyable!
Everything is nice at the hotel except that they should have told us the pool would be closed on Labor Day and I would have booked somewhere else. I only stayed there to hang out at the pool on Labor Day
