Staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Very clean and comfortable room.
The room was super clean, pillows awesome, coffee maker with real coffee cups, everything was first class and at a low price. The bathroom was spotless!
The facility is great. A bit hard to get to restaurants due to road construction but nice place to stay
We had a great two night stay. Really nice town. The drive to Estes is so beautiful it feels like it only takes 20 min. Nice alternative to the expensive hotels in Estes. The breakfast was basic but free and hot. The eggs were great! Best part… ice tea and ice water in the lobby all day! Hotel is right next to a great shopping area. Our room was modern,clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. The shower was hot and great water pressure. The pool was small but practically empty both nights. Our dog watcher was not working out and we had to cut our trip short. They were very understanding and refunded our third night reservation. Great staff. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean but some dishes and shelves were dirty. The shower was very nice, clean and good water pressure but the bathroom had strong smoke smell. Good hot breakfast.
A lot of the problems were that they did not have sufficient help. The staff at the front desk was not helpful at all and the cleaning staff and people that took care of the breakfast area or a few and far between. We had to get most of the things for ourselves.
While this is a new hotel, it has clearly not been cared for and maintained. Our room smelled like smoke. The towels had stains on them. The lotion had been used and not replaced with a new container. The dishes/flatware were still in the dishwasher. There were stains on the carpet in every hallway. The elevator walls and buttons were visibly dirty. The breakfast area was grimy. Very disappointing stay.

The breakfast is mid managed. Dirty tables, out of all items, not enough help. Two mornings in a row. This has been our 6 th stay at this property and we will not be coming back!!
