Great hotel & easy to get to DIA!
I appreciated be able to check in early. We weren’t made aware that we had to request house keeping. We were out of shampoo and it dispenser was broken. Lobby bathroom out of soap in both dispensers. Lobby out of Coffee
The swimming pool was "down" for maintenance, but we were offered to swim at the Marriott across the street. This would have been convenient enough, except we had to wait in line at the Marriott to gain access to the pool. After 15 minutes, my granddaughter decided she no longer wanted to swim. Also, it was 7 degrees outside. Who wants to swim and go outside with wet hair in that temperature. I understand maintenance needs to be done, but this should be fully known prior to booking a room. This was intended to be part of a Christmas gift for my granddaughter.
Great place, great stay, very dog friendly, the ice machines were not working and the front desk attendant was very attentive to help me to get some ice from the ice machine in the back. Seems like a high turnover for the front desk people because everyone was new, or did not know what was going on which was totally fine because they were very genuine and very nice. Parking was a breeze and the location was perfect. The bed was about a six out of 10 comfortable, but for 100 bucks you can’t beat it. If your 420 finally, I’m sure there’s no problems here, when I walked into the hallway, I think I got a contact high af. All good though, this is Colorado baby!
Dining options close by. Drove in from out of state to catch a flight. They charged me $12 a night for parking while i was gone which was a screaming deal. Great shuttle service to the airport runs about every 30 minutes. Comfy beds and modern. Coffee machine in room is a plus.
After a long flight delay, getting to the hotel at 1:30 am i checked in, got my key card and went to my room 417. Room had not beem cleaned, bed not made and a toothbrush on the sink towels everywhere. I was too tired to push for another room so i slept on the side of the bed the previous occupant hadn't.
Pretty and clean hotel and the staff very friendly.
I really enjoyed how bright and clean the hotel was.
Mariguana smell and smoke in the hallways and rooms. Noisy and loud. I will be es stay here again.

I was checked in a room that was occupied and I walked in while the other client was inside the room. Embarrassing! They charged me in the morning at the checkout process, although I paid fully the room in advance. Very, very dissatisfied, disappointed!
The property was unclean in public areas. Chairs and sitting areas were not clean or were in poor condition. It appeared management did not care.
despite making a reservation months in advance, the hotel purposely overbooked itself. We showed up late after a flight delay to find that we had no guaranteed room. The young man working the late night shift was a true champion, and went physically from room to room to see if any had been misclassified in the computer system... and we lucked out. But I would ever stay here again.

The artic blast that hit the Denver area last week caused a temporary issue in our pool which we deemed not for guest use for the day.
