Wasn’t worth it, bathroom very old, no slippers or bath robes provided. Orbritz price was more expensive than the room price at Raffaello’s website

Valet service would have been nice. Also it’s frustrating not to be able to talk to someone at the property before arriving. You are routed to a third party service.

We stayed for three nights while our Condo was packed and furniture moved. Each day we saw hotel staff without masks and well over one half of guests with out marks.

Other than the hotel location I didn't like a thing about my stay. The room was super dirty the bed sheets were smelly and dusty. I couldn't sleep because of the smell. We booked two nights but I checked out in the middle of the first night. I asked for a refund for the second night but the stuff was super rude to us and unprofessional. Not only this but you have to pay $50 a night for parking.. horrible experience I definitely don't recommend this at all.

Good location. It closes to many place. It very clean

The room was beautiful, we were excited when we arrived but that all wore out almost immediately. It was very obvious that the carpet had not been vacuumed- there was powder by bed, crumbs in the living area and what looked like dirt by the tv. There was pink stuff dried up on the sink & the bathroom door had dried water marks & hand marks on it. Pretty disappointing since its a “luxury” hotel.

The rooms were old, tired, and cheaply done but the halls and lobby were really nicely done. There was no counter space for makeup, blow dryer, or to put anything down The shelves were ridiculous and cut put leave no practical space. Blankets did not exist, no coffee on the room and their coffee shop didnt open on time. The elevators are so small that at 630 am expect to wait for 3 elevators to go downstairs. The enter hotel was janky but the location is great. However, I will never go back and i am there weekly for work.

It was ok staff seemed a lil busy so we kinda got lost trying to find the parking location

The Raffaello Hotel is not a 4-star hotel. Of the three suites we checked out, all three had damaged walls, dirty carpet, and very loud air conditioning units. Certain front desk staff were very unhelpful and dismissive of the condition of the hotel. Based on the condition of the rooms, I would not stay here again.

Greetings! First I want to thank you for choosing to stay at the Raffaello hotel while you you were moving. Thank you as well for sharing this review as it helps us to understand what we can do better. I am surprised to read you feedback though. We have very strict measures in place to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff. It is mandatory for all staff and guests to wear a mask in the hotel. We hand out masks to guests that are not wearing one. We check the temperature of all team members before their shift. and we have CDC approved cleaning process for disinfecting the rooms and public areas. I would love the opportunity to speak with you further about your observations and I invite you to forward your contact information along with a convenient time to reach you to ann.olsson@staydomio.com. I hope I will get the pleasure to one day welcoming you back to our hotel and speaking with you very soon. Ann Olsson, General Manager
