We had a wonderful stay. The staff were great - front desk was professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs; the concierge was incredibly helpful and warm, and remembered us; housekeeping was thorough and courteous. Mixed with lovely weather we had a pretty much perfect vacation.

It was a nice modern hotel and close to lots of things. I absolutely loved it. Our flight got canceled and we ended up back downtown and unfortunately it was sold out and we had to go stay at the Westin on Michigan and I kept thinking I wish I was back at Loews!!
