It was an excellent stay. The first night we were cold as the beds only had sheets, no blankets. However we requested comforters and the staff quickly brought them to our room.
Absolutely wonderful trip! All of the staff was so kind and friendly it felt like we were leaving friends when we left. Hotel was extremely clean, updated and in a great location. They offered a lot of convenience items, great dining and bar options as well. 2 stores, coffee shop, 2 bars and 2 restaurants on site. The GM Patrick treated us like absolute royalty, he made us feel so special! Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Beautiful views of the river walk and buildings. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Felt safe, it was clean, and staff was wonderful

The property staff was friendly, prompt and overall outstanding. This applies to the front desk, serving staff in the restaurant, employees in the market and more. The location was perfect. The lakeside view from our room, amazing. We were very pleased with our stay overall.
