· ROS (run of site) - Ads appear on a random rotation throughout the site.
· Targeted - Ads appear in a specific area or page of the site, or they appear ROS for customers who have
searched for travel to/from a destination that you wish to target.
· Micro-targeted - Ads appear in a specific area or page of the site when customers have searched for travel
to/from a destination that you wish to target.
· CPM (cost per thousand impressions) - An impression is recorded any time a creative unit is displayed in a
browser.
· Fixed Sponsorship - Ad unit will display for all available impressions for the specified placement. Impression
levels vary according to user base, transaction activity and seasonality.
· Some placements may not be available to advertisers whose products cannot be booked through Orbitz or for ads
that link offsite.
