Asked for non-feather pillows (allergic) and was told there were none available. Smoke detector went off first night. A red ... substance on the floor by the sink (appeared to be blood). No maid service at all the second day of our trip (had to call to get towels). Conforter had no cover. They did not replace creamer for coffee on second day.

The staff at the hotel we exceptionally nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. The morning breakfast was even ... great. This was one of the nicest hotels, especially for the price, that we have stayed at. Were making another trip to the same hotel here in the next month.

My review of SpringHill Suites Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

This is my second stay. Their was no other that i have enjoyed than Springhill suites. The rooms are very nice and the beds ... are comfortable. I have refered this hotel to others and will continue to stay. My Mother sure enjoys the breakfast. The attendents are always attending the service bar. They do a great job.
