Exactly what we needed

Excellent friendly staff. Shuttle to airport free. Excellent food on breakfast buffett but too expensive. Sounds seem to ... magnify from the halls into your room. Nice indoor pool and spa but jets in the spa did not work the entire trip.

I was there ~24 hours to give a talk at a meeting. The room was fine, and I was glad to see they had Diet Dr Pepper. However, ... the 1900 Bar & Grill doesn't know how to do steaks, and the menu options seemed limited.

The hotel and the staff was definitely nice, but for the cost you'd think that some things should be included with your room ... stay. For example, the hotel charges you $10 a day, per computer for internet in your room, $20 to add a refrigerator for your stay, $20 for a microwave, $8 for parking per day, and there's no free continental breakfast. If you do decide to buy a meal from the hotel's restaurant, be prepared to pay $15 just for a hamburger and $20 for the breakfast buffet.

The bed was rather comfortable, it was firm and warm, the staff was friendly, and thats where the great review ends. My ... boyfriend and I have stayed in quite a few hotels and this hotel was near the bottom. The parking was terrible. I paid $48 for my boyfriend and I to park for 3 days! The lot was small and stayed pretty full even with the horrible parking fee. For a hotel that was just renovated, so their site claims, I was not impressed. There were a few family reunions going on during our stay and it was rather loud outside the room and it kept us awake. There was no minifridge or microwave and a very tiny coffee maker. The tempature in our room was fixed and we had no control over it. We usually keep the rooms a little cool and were unable to do that. The wall in our room needed a repair due to the large scratch that was about 4ft long. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of soap and towels however the tub was chipped and the bathroom was tiny. The airport was right outside the window, but we only had 2 planes fly over in the 3 days we stayed so the noise from the airport was limited. Though there was a Ruby Tuesdays across the street there were no other resturants or even a gas station near by. I will never stay at this Sheraton again.

The room was ok could have had a microfrig and microwave. There was a nice flat panel tv. The worst part about this hotel is ... the parking you have to pay 8 dollars a night to park and its a little tacky. No free wifi when the hotel staff said they did.

The missing item would have been a refrigerator in the room along with a microwave. The beds were nice and spacious and the ... rooms were well-kept. I would recommend staying at this hotel again. The only complaint was that the parking was inadequate.

I had a college graduation that I attended. The professionalism of the staff and hospitality was excellent. The Hotel itself ... is very beautiful! Whenever I am in the Atlanta area, this will always be my first choice because of the warm hospitality, the quietness and the convenience to the downtown Atlanta area. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your hotel.

Our Stay at the Sheraton

Had an excellent stay. I only had one small problem. Not enough infomation about the parking. I received very good parking ... from the valet service the first night. The second night we return back to the hotel around 10:00 p.m. No valet on duty. I was charge for the valet parking but had to self park because the valet was not on duty on our return. The hotel did remove the charge and we were only charged for the self parking. Overall we had a very good stay.

I loved this hotel! The value was great for what I paid and really liked it. The food in the dining room was excellent; the ... pool was amazing (it was a combo indoor/outdoor with a divider you could swim under to access both); great shuttle service. I will stay again. The key reason for staying was because it was close to the ATL Airport. I wish I had allowed myself more time there. It was great.

The Shuttle service ran regularly and I was easily able to get to the hotel quickly. Check-in was a breeze and the ... front-desk clerk extremely helpful. I got settled into my room, plugged in my laptop and to out to the internet right away. Room service was fine for a late dinner and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning I needed to get up and out for an early flight. Again .... shuttle service ran regularly, I was able to get a good cup of coffee before heading out and made it back to the airport very easily. I recommend the Sheraton Gateway .

The hotel was nice but there is nothing to do around it at all!!!! Trust me if you are looking for a great place to saty at a ... good price this is it but be prepaired to drive into Atlanta to enjoy any night life.
