Convienent to business sites , clean room, friendly staff, but - too noisy, could hear next room's radio talk show at 4:30 AM ! ...

Would recommend to a friend!

Hotel is very convenient if you have morning business in Waltham. The breakfast is just bagged bagels and horrible coffee ... but there is a Dunkins right across the street. Also a movie theater near by which is always good when traveling alone on business. Room was as you'd expect, had a small kitchen for longer stays.

we checked in they gave us a room after the security guard hunted down the hotel clerk.once in the room we were disgusted to ... see melted food in the microwave the kitchen had food crumbs mixed with dust on the counters.The tv was not connected no remote control and the room did not have a clock. the bathroom was disgusting.no soap no shampoo.It is a shame becuse I have stayed in the extended stay all over the country and never was dis satisfied.we did however get free entertainment when a strange man was wondering the halls talking to himself.the police came and took him away.

Stay in your room. While we were in the workout room the front desk was robbed. We decided to do the laundry, 2 dryers and 1 ... washer were broken or not in service. There was an exchange of words between one guest and another over the removal of clothing in a dryer and washer that had been stopped for about 30 minutes. The police were already there from the robbery so the guest made a plea with the front desk to do something about the incident. The police and one of the guests had loud verbal exchanges.

The hotel was not well maintained. The airconditioning unit was falling apart and the dresser drawer handles were all ... falling off. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We also did not have a do not disturb sign for our door. There were bags of trash left in the stairwells. We also came home one night to find chinese food spilled all over the stairwell! We will never stay here again and would not recommend this location to anyone!!!!

I thought this was a place that you could cook your own food. It's awful. A lousy pot and pan (which weren't in my room ... when I checked in), a couple plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, that's it. No spatula. No sponge to wipe the counter. No cutting board. So I cut raw meat on the counter, put it in the lousy pan to cook, and then got soap from the bathroom to clean the counter with my hands and wiped it off with a towel. Various other things sucked. The air conditioner of the first room they put me in made a horrific noise. Then my room was at the back of the hotel, but the card reader at the door back there didn't work (though they kept telling me to try again and it would work soon.) They clean your room and give you new towels and stuff once a week. No shampoo. The TV was kind of screwed up.

It is located real close to the expressway exit but well away from the highway--no noise. Gas station and up-scale ... restaurants within a block. Shopping (stocking up for lengthy stay) is considerable distance and inconvenient.

If you want to stay for a long time, yhis would be a good choice. The apartment type setup is good for bigger groups. The ... rooms are comfortable and this is a godd place to check if other hotels are booked. The rates are reasonable.
