Our third time staying at the same location. It's very close to our extended family in Fair Oaks. It's alway quite and clean. ... The breakfast is nice and the price was even better than past stays.

they don't post the policy . when we checked in the staff said they were going to charge a 75.00 non ref payment to have the ... pet bull the room was only 99.00 night theifs

Came out for wira's (rowing championship}more than accommodating in make reservations for upcoming ira's{nationals}Thanks ... Jason!! Fireplace a nice touch on a raining weekend.

There are restaurants, movie theatres and shopping within a very short distance. Certainly walking distance.

An outlet mall is across the street. Lots of other shopping areas & nice restaurants are within a 10 minute drive & fast food is a short walk.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are fast food and regular restaurants as well as a movie theater within easy ... walking distance. there is also light rail a block away that you can take into Sacramento. Factory stores are just across the street.

The hotel is just off of hiway 50 at Folsom Blvd and has a theater in the same complex along with several fast food ... restaurants and a Chillies. Shopping outlets are just across the street.

My wife and I stayed here while we were participating in the Folsom Renaissance Faire. My favorite point was the kitchen in ... the room. My wife and I have dietary restrictions that make finding food hard and/or very expensive when travelling. The room had a little kitchen where we made dinner both nights of our stay. There was service for four and a little dishwasher (soap included) to clean up afterward. The room and the hotel in general were new and clean and tastefully decorated. We never heard our neighbors, which was nice. The only drawbacks were that the room got really warm and stuffy overnight even though it hadn't been that hot the previous day, and the air conditioner was very loud, as they so often are in hotels. However, we solved this the second night by running the AC for a few hours before bedtime and then leaving the window open over night. In summary, this was more hotel than I expected to get for the money. I was pleased.

The Larkspur Landing hotel in Folsom, CA offered a relaxing atmosphere and an enjoyable few days in what was otherwise a ... hectic trip. I appreciated the work area as well as the large room.

My son's favorite hotel stay

We were greeted immediately as we entered the lobby. When I inquired about upgrading to a king size bed, he said not a ... problem. My 8 year old son couldn't wait to see our suite. He thought it was great - lots of space & he thought it was so nice to have our own kitchen! The suite was clean & comfortable. The bathroom vanity had 2 sinks which was a nice feature. The location was great for shopping & dining! Each time we left the hotel or returned, the front desk personnel acknowledged us. My son even commented on how friendly they were. A continental breakfast is offered & the sitting area is very comfortable.
