Disappointing

Asked for non-smoking - put on the smoking floor with a child. Asked to be transferred and was given a room with ... non-functioning air-conditioner on the hottest day of the year. Bedroom in suite had no air-conditioning. Comes with a kitchen but no kitchen table and chairs. Smokers line the areas in front of the hotel and as soon as we got out of our car we could smell smoke from the parking lot. We left that first day and would not return - very disappointing.

The Larkspur Landing wasn't a good experience.When we walked in the room the smell was overpowering!My wife wanted to leave! ... It was some kind of real bad musty smell! The bed was old and not comfortable! The food for breakfast and cocktail hour was not good! The staff was friendly,but the amenities were not good at all.I won't be staying at this hotel again.

The Larkspur Landing at Renton was a wonderful value and made for a very comfortable stay. The bed was very relaxing (wish I ... had one at home), and the decor had a welcome feel. The kitchenette is conveninent, especially if someone were to stay for a length of time. The free cookies and fruit at the desk are a nice touch , and the smart start breakfast was healthy, yet with enough variety to fill even the most finicky eater's taste. I did not have the chance to use the amenities available, such as the fitness room/spa and the free laundry, but it was nice to know that they were offered. The location was excellent as well, since Southcenter Mall is nearby and Sea-Tac Airport is within a short drive. Also, a nice welcome was the phone call from the front desk shortly after check-in to make sure everything was okay, that was a first for me. I would definitely recommend this location for any traveler who wants a simple yet elegant place to stay in the Seattle area.

From the time the shuttle picked us up from SEA, to when we checked out, our stay was a pleasant surprise! The staff was ... very courteous and our stay was pleasantly comfortable and fun. The room and facilities were clean and decorated well.

Larkspur Landing Seattle - Renton, RENTON, WA Was great,The front desk people were very nice as well as helpful.We got lost ... on the way to the hotel,we call and a very nice young man helped us.When we walked in we were greeted with welcoming smiles.They were very helpful with picking a place for dinner.The room was very clean.Breakfast had lots of good stuff. We travel a lot and this was the fist time I really felt at Home.

This hotel was extremely nice. It was exactly what we wanted. The room was very clean/nice and the bed was comfortable. The ... hotel check-in was easy and fast and they were very polite. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

Larkspur Landing is a nice property, not great, just nice. Their continental breakfast was nothing special. It got the job ... done for our short stay. The refrigerator was quite noisy. The layout of the room was nice. It would be adequate for longer term stays. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating. Access to the freeways is a little challenging.
